The Evening Light Believers Full
Gospel Assembly is a non-denominational Christian fellowship of
people who gather around the Word of God watching Modern Events
being made clear by Prophecy.
Located
in Gisborne, New Zealand, at the uttermost part of the earth - it is
the first City in the World to see the Sun Rise every new day. Thus
it was the first City in the World to see the year 2000, a
significant event as it heralded the end of the Gentile Dispensation
as spoken of by God's Prophet. "And at Midnight a Cry was
made..." Modern events are made clear by prophecy, for it shall
be light about the Evening Time.
We'
re not so important - but the truth is.
Don't pay any attention to the messenger; look at the Message
it is. That's what it is. It isn't that. Don't notice the little
baldheaded (you know) person, 'cause it's just a
human being, you know, and then we're just all the same. But watch
what's happening. That's what declares it.

If it is permissible to
'borrow' the words of the Prophet and identify with them and the
thought they carry ... "Not for
one moment do I bring a message to the people that they may follow
me, or join my church, or start some fellowship and organization.
I have never done that and will not do that now".
While it is needful
to bring attention to certain geographical areas, it is not for
any other purpose than to ask: "What meaneth this?"
Similarly, sometimes in
examining the truth and comparing it to perceptions of the day it
can be unpalatable, even offensive, but as Jesus said:
"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
As Bro. Branham said:
"The reason they didn't
accept Jesus, because they were living in the glare of the
law. ... He didn't keep their traditions. And really He upset
it, and tore it up, and done things that was contrary to it,
insomuch that they thought He was breaking up the
churches. And they couldn't receive Him because of His
Message.

Brent Trethewey started his ministry at the age of 17, preaching in
the light of the 'End Time Message' on the street corners of Gisborne.
From home meetings, this grew into the Evening Light Believers Full Gospel Assembly,
and their present church at 133 Cobden Street, Gisborne.
He has been pastoring
this assembly for the past 14 years. During this time, he has

Singapore, Trinidad, USA, Canada, France, Zimbabwe
